Roseburg Police cited a man on a littering charge on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:15 a.m. the 54-year-old was contacted in Riverside Park in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The man was with a rolling mobile home, which was a small house built on wheelchair frames. He reportedly had trash scattered on the ground around the mobile home. It was about 75 feet from the east bank of the South Umpqua River.

The man was cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and then was released.
