Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:40 a.m. the 38-year-old was stopped for an expired registration near the intersection of Northeast Jackson Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.

His license returned suspended at the misdemeanor level with a hardship permit. He was operating his vehicle outside of the conditions of the permit. The man was also cited for driving uninsured. He was released after the citation was issued.
