Graffiti Weekend 2025 is underway through Sunday in the Umpqua Valley.
The annual series of events began with a cruise on West Harvard Avenue in Roseburg 43 years ago, with a show-n-shine added the next year. The cruise was moved to the downtown Roseburg area in 1985.
Graffiti Weekend has grown over the years to attract classic vehicle enthusiasts from all over the western U.S., and sometimes even further away. More events continue to be added, including 4 more this year.
Wednesday there are two events:
*Street Memories Kick Off Car Show from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. Entry begins at 9:00 a.m. with the cost to display a vehicle $10. All years and makes of cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome. Canned food donations will be accepted for the United Community Action Network’s Food Bank.
*Dance Kickoff Social & Benefit will be at Oran Mor Artisan Meadery at the corner of Garden Valley Road and Melrose Road. It takes place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with 50’s music from Borrowed Time. Bring a 16-ounce FISH Food Pantry donation and receive $1 off food or drink.
