ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED DISTURBANCE

‘Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 4:15 a.m. officers responded to an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street regarding a disorderly male allegedly threatening and screaming at other tenants. Upon arrival, officers learned that a 24-year-old had reportedly threatened and provoked a neighbor with a taser. He also reportedly broke out the screen to the hallway and threw a traffic cone at another resident.

The suspect was located and taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
