In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Umpqua Community College Performing and Visual Arts presents the musical “Spamalot” in the Swanson Amphitheatre July 16th through 20th at 7:30 p.m. “Spamalot” is a new musical taken from the motion picture Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Open seating is provided, or attendees can bring their own chairs. The audience will be in the shade with tables provided. Spots can be reserved earlier in the day with chairs and/or blankets. Food truck dinners, cold water, chocolate chip cookies and UCC wine will be available for purchase. People can bring their own picnic dinner as well.
General admission is $15, with seniors getting in for $10. Students are admitted for free. Tickets are available online at www.umpqua.edu/community or use cash at the door.
