Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:15 a.m. the 49-year-old was found sleeping in a tent in the Deer Creek Bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street. This was in violation of the city’s time, place and manner guidelines.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
