A Glendale man was jailed for an alleged assault incident on Wednesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 5:30 a.m. a 32-year-old confronted a victim about an alleged past incident and ultimately assaulted him in the 300 block of Ruden Road. The man ultimately admitted to the assault and was taken to corrections. He was detained without bail.

The victim was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for his injuries.
