Roseburg Police jailed a woman following a reported overnight trespass incident early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:10 a.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after security said the 61-year-old was in the bathroom of the emergency room. She was reportedly refusing to leave after being discharged.

Officers contacted the woman who was said to be delusional and continued to refuse to leave. She was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
