Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 8:30 a.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old at his camp in Charles Gardner Park in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. The camp was in a prohibited area according to the time, place and manner ordinance. The man had one previous conviction on June 5th. He was cited and released with instructions to clean up his camp.
