Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 3:15 a.m. officers stopped the 30-year-ol from Winston for traffic violations near the intersection Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Chestnut Avenue. Officers learned the driver had his license suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was cited and released. His vehicle was picked up by a valid driver and driven from the scene.
