Roseburg Police added a charge to a man Tuesday who was already detained in the Douglas County Jail.

An RPD report said at 9:50 a.m. officers learned that the agency held a valid unworked arrest warrant for the 45-year-old. The man was already in jail on an unrelated case. He is detained on $37,500 bail.
