The Riddle Sawdust Jubilee is happening on Friday and Saturday.

Small Town, Big Blast is the theme.

Events begin with the Riddle Farmers Market Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Shamrock’s lot. At 6:00 p.m. an axe thrown contest will begin on the front lawn of Riddle High School.

Saturday’s highlights include:

*Community breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Riddle

*Free parade sign-up from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Riddle Elementary

*Car show registration takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the RHS parking lot

*Little Mister & Miss Firecracker Contest at 9:30 a.m. at the Main Street stage

*Vendor booths will open on Main Street at 10:00 a.m.

*The Sawdust Jubilee Parade starts at 11:00 a.m. at the town square.

*The car show will be in the RHS parking lot from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*Bingo takes place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Riddle City Hall

*DJ music and concessions will be at the softball field on Park Street from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

*The fireworks show begins at 10:00 p.m.
