ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police jailed an Oakland man for second-degree criminal trespass on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 7:40 p.m. officers contacted the 63-year-old at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after he was allegedly creating a disturbance in the Emergency Room waiting area. The man reportedly refused to leave after being discharged. Officers attempted to get the man to leave the location several times, but he continued to refuse.

The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
