The Umpqua Valley is expecting at or near normal high temperatures through Friday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that weak high pressure will lead to sunny dry conditions with afternoon highs between 80 and the mid-80s. The normal high temperature for Roseburg this week is around 84 degrees.

For the upcoming weekend, high pressure from the Pacific will mean hotter conditions with high temperatures between the mid to upper 80s and the low 90s.
