Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. the 49-year-old had a camp set up under the pavilion in Fir Grove Park in the 1300 block of West Harvard Avenue. The camp was in violation of the time and place portion of the city’s camping ordinance.

The woman was released after being cited.
