Roseburg Police cited a woman Thursday for a prior mail theft.

An RPD report said a Community Service Officer took a report of a theft of a package from the Vine Street Apartments that had occurred on June 9th. The case was re-assigned to an officer, who was able to identify the suspect as a 52-year-old. The woman was located shortly after 1:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. She was released after the citation was issued.
