The Bureau of Land Management, Roseburg District, has canceled its prescribed burn schedule for this week.

The agency was preparing for a 122-acre prescribed burn within the North Umpqua Management Area, six miles west of Glide, off North Bank Road.

BLM Public Affairs Specialist Joey Nikirk said the cancelation decision was made early Monday. No further details were released.
