Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at approximately 8:10 p.m. officers contacted the 22-year-old during a traffic stop in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man returned with two warrants out of Douglas County Circuit Court. He was taken into custody and detained on $12,500 bail.
