A Roseburg area man was jailed for dissemination of an intimate image on Tuesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just before 12:00 p.m. subjects said the suspect had stolen the victim’s phone and shared intimate photos. The deputy learned that the suspect had entered into the photo gallery of the victim’s phone and taken screen shots of nude photos.

The suspect then reportedly sent the photos to several people in the victim’s contacts. The suspect was arrested and charged with three counts of the charge. He was detained without bail and was released on Wednesday morning.
