Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 9:45 a.m. the 34-year-old was contacted because he was trespassing on Oregon Department of Transportation property under Interstate 5 in Gaddis Park. The man had a large amount of litter surrounding him. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Bail was set at $2,500.
