Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday night.
A DCSO report said at 10:45 p.m. a caller said a man was trying to get into their residence by attempting to open their sliding glass door, in the 100 block of Rolling Hills Road in the Green District. The 44-year-old suspect had been contacted earlier by another deputy for trying to get into a vehicle, but the deputy could not find any victims for a prosecution case.
The suspect was located at a nearby business and taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and was detained without bail.
