State Representative Virgle Osborne has released a statement on the May Revenue Forecast, which was put out by the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services on Wednesday.

Osborne said, “Democrats are quick to point their fingers to the decision-making of a man over 2,500 miles away but couldn’t be bothered to reflect on their own policies right here in their own state”. Osborne said, “Anti-business regulations and policies paraded as ‘pro-consumer’ have done serious harm to the business community – and in turn, everyday Oregonians”.

Osborne said, “Is it really a surprise that Oregon businesses are being recruited to set up shop in other states? Or how the fact that a new report revealed that more Oregonians are having to take on a second job to make ends meet?”.

Osborne concluded, “Today, reality has set in. We cannot afford the status quo”.
