Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance violation on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at approximately 9:10 a.m. a 42-year-old was contacted after he was spotted allegedly drinking alcohol in Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street.  He was released after the citation was issued.
