Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for a marijuana charge on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 11:00 a.m. a 15-year-old male was contacted at Phoenix School in the 3100 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. He was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana and was released on the scene.
