ROSEBURG POLICE CITE TWO MEN FOLLOWING ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police cited two men following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Monday evening.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. officers responded to the area of the 2600 block of Northeast Douglas Avenue regarding a physical disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted a 19-year-old man and a 61-year man. Officers learned the two had gotten into an altercation after the older man became upset with the younger man for riding his motorcycle in the area at a high rate of speed. The incident reportedly led to the men punching and pushing each other on the side of the road.

Both were cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. They were cited and released.
