Roseburg Police cited a man Thursday for a warrant and for failure to report as a sex offender.

An RPD report said at 11:45 p.m. officers contacted the 30-year-old in the 2000 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and found he had the warrant. The man had also not registered as a sex offender since 2023.

He was cited in lieu of custody and then was released.
