Roseburg Police issued a woman her third citation for prohibited camping early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:10 a.m. the 42-year-old was found sleeping under the Gaddis Park pavilion in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. She was in violation of the place portion of the camping ordinance.

She was released after her citation was issued.
