Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering and prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:45 a.m. officers contacted the 40-year near the corner of Northwest Renann Street and Northwest Stewart Parkway. Her camp was surrounded by litter. The camp was also in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. She was cited and released on scene.
