Roseburg Police cited a woman for second-degree criminal trespass and prohibited camping on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at approximately 2:40 p.m. the 46-year-old was contacted at her camp on the west side of the duck pond, in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman allegedly had a Walmart shopping cart in her camp that was full of her possession.

The woman had been warned less that a day earlier about being cited for theft if she was contacted in the future with a shopping cart. She was cited and released on the scene.
