Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged store theft incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. the 32-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona, entered a business in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and allegedly refused to follow store policies. He reportedly eventually stole an energy drink and left the business while yelling at employees. While walking on the sidewalk, the man allegedly threw the drink back at the employees, which damaged the can and made it unsellable.\

He was charged with third-degree theft. Bail was set at $1,250.
