Make a Difference Day- Douglas County is happening this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

There are 25 projects this year at sites around the Roseburg, Glide, Winchester and Lookingglass areas. Volunteers are still needed. Preview the projects by going to: https://makeadifferenceday.org/. The site provides details about each project. It is where participants can sign up as an individual, family, or group.

This is the third annual local Make a Difference Day. Primary local sponsors include the United Community Action Network, Thrive Umpqua, Greater Douglas United Way, Roseburg Public Schools, Sunrise Enterprises and JustServe.
