ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported disorderly conduct incident on Friday.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m.32-year-old Ashley Basgall was contacted after she was at Walmart in the 2100 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Basgall was allegedly yelling at customers and flashing her breasts to the employees in the store.

She was located a short distance away in Charles Gardiner Park. Basgall reportedly dumped trash out of a trash can onto the ground and began rolling around in it. Officers contacted her parole officer who authorized a detainer for her arrest. Upon learning she was going to jail. Basgall reportedly found a bag of dog feces in the trash and smeared it all over herself.

Basgall was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, littering and a parole violation. She was detained on $3,750 bail.
