Roseburg Police cited three people for prohibited camping in separate contacts on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. a 47-year-old was contacted while camping in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was larger that ten feet by ten feet and had items scattered around.

At 11:45 a.m. officers contacted a 30-year-old who was camping in the same location. Her camp was over ten feet by ten feet and included a thirty foot by fifteen-foot tarp hanging from the trees that covered her belongings.

At 11:50 a.m. a 62-year-old man was contacted, also in the same area. The man had a large amount of trash gathered around his camp which did not comply with the time, place, and manner ordinance.

All three people were released after being given their citations.
