Roseburg Police jailed a man for a trespass incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 2:15 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old while he was passed out on the train tracks in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The man allegedly had a half full bottle of beer sitting next to him. He was placed in handcuffs and taken into custody without incident.

The man was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and was cited for drinking in public. Bail was set at $6,250.
