Roseburg Police cited a man after contacting him in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said the 30-year-old was found under the Rowe Street bridge after he was developed as a suspect stemming from an incident on April 9th. The man allegedly drove his vehicle into a fence at that location and left the scene without providing information.

The man admitted to the crime and was cited and released for hit and run-misdemeanor.
