ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. while conducting a foot patrol through Riverside Park in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street, officers contacted a 41-year-old underneath the Washington Street Bridge. During their contact, officers learned that the man was a city expulsion violator and his exclusion began that same day.

The man was jailed on $1,250 bail.
