The Douglas County Livestock Association has its Spring Livestock Conference and Expo on Wednesday, April 10th.
It will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
15 speakers will cover topics including: niche meat and direct marketing, equipment maintenance, brush/weed control, reproduction, ag estate and legal issues and much more. Livestock equipment will be on display along with trade booths and vendors.
Food trucks will have lunch available. A tri-tip dinner is provided as part of the conference admission fee. The event is $10 for association members, $25 for non-members, kids ages 8-14 are $5. Those under age 8 are admitted for free.
