Roseburg Police cited a fugitive for a warrant on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old after he was allegedly impeding traffic in the 1800 block of Northeast Stephens Street.  Dispatch advised and confirmed the cite and release warrant. The man was released after being given the citation.
