A Myrtle Creek woman was jailed by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office following an incident on Monday.

A DCSO report just before 7:30 a.m. as a continuation from a previous incident the 43-year-old allegedly poured a substance onto a victim’s head because he was threatening her in the 300 block of Ruckles Drive. The woman then grabbed a carving fork and sharpening tool and reportedly began to threaten the victim.

The woman was charged with menacing and harassment. She was detained without bail.
