Roseburg Police charged a woman with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving early Sunday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 a.m. the 51-year-old was speeding in her vehicle on Interstate 5 northbound near the Edenbower Boulevard Exit 127. The woman was eventually pulled over. An officer noticed signs of impairment. The driver consented to standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly. She was taken into custody and transported to corrections where she refused a breath test. A search warrant was granted for her blood. The woman was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center and two vials of blood were obtained. She was taken back to corrections where she was detained on $10,000 bail.
