Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 55-year old’s camp was set up along the riverbank in the 500 block of Stewart Park Drive. This was in a prohibited area. She was cited and released on the scene.
