Roseburg Police cited a woman for outdoor burning on Friday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:30 p.m. the 31-year-old was contacted near a fire in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The woman admitted the fire was hers. She was cited for prohibited outdoor burning.
