ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN AFTER REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man after a reported disorderly conduct early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:30 a.m. officers contacted the 33-year-old at the Adapt Motel in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. The man admitted to pulling the fire alarm at the facility and reportedly stated he so did because he wanted to scare people.

The suspect was taken into custody without incident on the charge of first-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $10,000.
