Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday evening.

An RPD report said at 6:20 p.m. the 51-year-old was located camping under the pavilion at the Fir Grove soccer fields.  He was in violation of the Time, Place and Manner ordinance and was cited without incident. The man was released after he was given the citation.
