Roseburg Police cited a woman for a drug law violation on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. officers responded to the Garden Valley Shopping Center for an alleged trespass issue and contacted her in a vehicle. The 37-year-old was in the driver seat sleeping with a baggie of suspected fentanyl in her lap. The drugs were seized, and the suspect was released after being cited.
