Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of public indecency on Tuesday.

An RPD report said 1:00 p.m. officers contacted the 48-year-old at a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after numerous citizens claimed he was masturbating while out in public.

He was taken into custody and detained without bail.
