Roseburg Police cited a man and a woman due to a littering incident early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:50 a.m. The 30-year old woman and 35-year old man were contacted at their camp in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street.

The camp allegedly had trash and debris spread in all directions from the tent. They were both cited and released for offensive littering and prohibited camping.
