WIND ADVISORY TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT

A Wind Advisory remains in effect from 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through 7:00 pm. Wednesday for parts of southern Oregon.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said southeast winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour are expected.

The Advisory area includes the eastern Douglas County foothills along with Josephine and Jackson counties.

Forecasters said gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Driving may become difficult for high profile vehicles. Drivers should use extra caution, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle.
