SPECIAL DISTRICTS ELECTION UNOFFICIAL PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Unofficial Primary Results for the May 2023 Special Districts Election include these contested races:

Tom Dole leads Dan Hults for a position on the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority Board of Directors. Dole has just over 52.5 percent to 46.2 percent for Dan Hults

Tom Fulbright is the top vote getter for a seat on the Green Area Water & Sanitary District Board. Fulbright has just over 47.5 percent, to 27.8 percent for Kat Stone and 24 percent for Matt Inscore

Brandon Legg is ahead of Garrett Goodwin for Position 1 on the Tri-City Joint Water & Sanitary District Board of Directors. Legg has just over 50.3 percent to just over 48.7 percent for Goodwin

Robert Hartford leads Paul Wolford for Position 4 on the Winston Dillard Water District Board. Hartford has 52.45 percent of the vote while Paul Wolford has 45.84 percent

In the race for Position 2 on that board, Robert Young has 66.7 percent to 32.8 percent for Eric Guisto

Becky Gerrard is ahead in the race for a seat on the North Douglas Library District Board of Directors. Gerrard has nearly 85 percent of the vote to just over 14.6 percent for Shane Archuleta

Joe Pospisil has a wide lead over Roger Phillips for Position 4 on the Tri-City Rural Fire District Board. Pospisil has 67.8 percent to 32 percent for Phillips

Nick Cartwright has 52 percent to 48.2 percent for Mary Ellen Estill-Basham for Position 3 on the Scottsburg Rural Fire District Board

In the race for Position 5 on that board, Don Peterson leads John Estill 63.4 percent to 32.5 percent

Eric Riley leads Henry McQuatters for a seat on the Glide Rural Fire District Board. Riley has 74.8 percent to 23 percent for McQuatters

Ron Brown has 43.4 percent in the Position 4 race for Douglas County Rural Fire District No. 2. Camron Pope has 34 percent while Stu Blakesley has 21.2 percent

In the contest for Position 5 on that board, Edwin Pratt has 53 percent of the vote to 36 percent for Loretta Johnson

Jeremy Mayfield is ahead of Ron Bisaha in the race for a seat on the Canyonville/South Umpqua Fire District Board. Mayfield has 72.4 percent to 27.6 percent for Bisaha
