OAKLAND WOMAN JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED FRAUD INCIDENT

An Oakland woman was jailed following an alleged fraud incident on Thursday.

A Sutherlin Police report released on Monday said just after 4:00 p.m. 33-year old Elisa Kisling allegedly located the victim’s debit card on the floor of a business in the 600 block of East Central Avenue. She reportedly attempted to purchase a $500 gift card and rent three movies.

Kisling was charged with attempting to commit a Class A misdemeanor, identity theft, computer crime and for unlawful possession of a personal identification device. She was detained without bail and was released on Friday.
